Wonderful experience at this store. Saw some furniture they had listed online and came to the store to check it out. They had it ordered that day, honored the price that was posted online, and let me know that they would call me when it was in. Unfortunately I had some family medical issues when it was ready, but they held the furniture for me until I was ready to pick it up. When I was ready, they let me come in right before closing, and they helped me load up the furniture into my vehicle. And the rocking glider that was ordered was just what we needed with rather easy assembly. Very thankful for the chair and the experience I had with Levi’s. ~ cCoop312
This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were at another furniture store and the MANAGER was HORRIBLE. We had decided to call it a day and just go home. We ended up stopping by Levi’s just for a quick look and ended up having the most pleasant conversation, with the owner and his manager. When I explained to him the situation he said no worries I will find the exact one for you! Not only did he find the living room and dinning room set for us but he also gave us a discount. If that wasn’t enough he said I want you to see we actual do care about our customers and delivered them to us within an hour. As we are walking out I jokingly said can I have that figurine? He actually gifted it to me. I want to say his sense of humor as well as his perfectionism was amazing. He takes pride in his business as well as his customers. He staff did not fall short either. I highly recommend them 💯!!! I pray his business last for another 20 years.🙌 ~ Veronica M
Levi's was great!!! my wife and i bought a great love seat at a great price. levi helped us with all our questions and gave us a great deal. We will be back the next time we need something!! thank you ron n mary. Well, we went back to Levies furniture and the NEW owners gave us a great price.! We had a little misunderstanding about the delivery BUT, they stepped up and got it all to us today as promised!!!! We WILL be back in the future for other furniture from them!
